Ingredients:
5 fresh cob of corn
small bunch of parsley leaves
1 egg
2 tablespoon plain flour
1 small onion, roughly chopped
1 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 cm piece of ginger, grated
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp  Massel chicken style stock powder
oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a food processor, place the egg, onion, garlic, parsley leaves, coriander, ginger, salt sugar and stock powder. Process until onion is smooth.
  2. Cut away the corn from its husk, place into the food processor bowl, mix gently (don't over mix).
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.  Fry the corn mixture by tablespoonful.  Drain on absorbent paper.
