Do you want to eat a whole food plant-based diet but don’t know where to start? Join this 9-week group program and learn the basics of following a whole food plant-based diet, including what to eat, how to cook, how to plan meals and the benefits of a plant-based diet.
This free program will run once a week each week during term 4. Please book in with Libby before the program starts, as there are limited spaces.
What you will learn:
- One new plant-based recipe demonstrated each week (with samples to try)
- The benefits of a plant-based diet
- What to eat on a plant-based diet
- How to cook plant-based food
- How to plan healthy plant-based meals
- How to stick to healthy eating
Libby Hergenhan is running this small group program. Libby has eaten a plant-based diet for over 15 years. She loves cooking and is always experimenting with new ways to make plant-based food delicious. Libby also has a website where she shares her cooking creations called The Plant Advantage (http://theplantadvantage.com).
All recipes demonstrated will be complately plant-based. They will be free from dairy, egg and meat. I can cater for you if you have food intolerances or allergies.
