2 1/2 cups cracker biscuit crumbs
1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup grated cheese
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbs finely chopped parsley
- Mix all these ingredients, form into balls. Freeze on a baking tray lined with Glad-Bake for at least 2-3 hours.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degree Celcius.
- Place into a casserole dish, covered with the BBQ sauce for 10 minutes.
Mix in a saucepan this ingredients, and bring to boil

1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups plum jam
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup grated onion
